Yesterday, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) drivers participated in a specialized training session on customer experience, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Customer Experience Kenya (ICX). The session, held at KWS headquarters, was led by a team of distinguished ICX professionals led by Carolyne Gathuru from the Advisory Committee, Linet Njeri specializing in Training and Service, and Angela Amach, an expert in Client Communication.

The focus of the workshop was to equip KWS drivers with essential skills for elevating customer interactions, handling challenging situations, and adhering to the best practices in customer service. This initiative demonstrates KWS’s unwavering commitment in delivering exceptional service, starting with its dedicated team.
