Stop Being used by Politicians to Cause Violence-UDA Party Official

Youths have been warned against being used by politicians to cause violence ahead of the 2022 general election.

Speaking to the press in Eldoret party official Caroline Cherono Nono said youths should shun such politicians who want to use them for their political gain.

“I want to call upon youths across the County during this electioneering period not to allow themselves to be used by politicians to cause violence. What happened in Jacaranda during the deputy president William Ruto’s visit is uncalled for and ill-intended,” said the UDA Party official.


She reiterated that in this time and age unemployed youths are being by some self-centered politicians to cause violence.
“I urge youths to put their stones down and to take up identity cards and register as voters because this is the only weapon that will bring sanity in the country for the best of all of us. We must campaign in a peaceful environment. Leaders diving youths based on their political or tribal affiliating should be shunned and Kenyans should not elect them whatsoever,”she added.

Nono said if politicians want to cause violence they should use their children on the same.

“Why are politicians not using their children, wives while causing violence, let us this time round avoid such leaders like plague. Its everyone’s responsibility of ensuring that youths engage in constructive activities. National Cohesion and Integration Commission should arrest politicians involved in hate speech and using youths to cause violence,” she advised.

Nono called on Kenyans from across the country to support the party and the presidential bid of none other than the deputy president William Samoei Ruto saying he is fit to become the country’s 5th president come 2022.

“We kindly ask Kenyans to vote for the hustler movement led by the deputy president William Samoei Ruto in the forthcoming general elections since he is the one who has thrown remedy to our economy and knew who can uplift the livelihoods of Kenyans who are living below a dollar per day. Let’s supper him and we all never regret voting for him, ” she added.

Paul Rop called n youths not to follow selfish politicians whose aim is to use them in order to ascend to power.

“We should not follow what selfish politicians are telling us to do since if you are not on the menu you are
the dish. This time around let us make constructive decisions that will not spoil our future,” he said.

He further called on youths who have not registered as voters to take advantage of the second phase of Enhanced Continuous Voter registration to register as voters.

“IEBC has just rolled out a voter registration exercise that will last for three weeks, I, therefore, urge youths in the hustler nation who are eighteen years and above and have identity cards to register as voters since this is the only way we the people will make William Ruto president,” he advised.
