Buzeki Warns the Public of  Fake Facebook Account

Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki has distanced himself from a fake Facebook account doing round in the social media.

The account bearing  Hon Buzeki Bundotich-OGW  is a fake Facebook account and Kenyans should ignore it.

” I want to distance myself from the account purporting to operate using my name, residents should ignore since It is only aimed at misleading unsuspecting people. I am a strong believer in issue-based politics. I make statements that I can defend and quantify. It’s unfortunate that my political detractors have found it necessary to run a fake account purporting to be me,” said the former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant.

He says Kenyans should ignore the fake account.

Buzeki says he only uses the page Hon Buzeki Kiprop Bundotich-OGW  as his official page.

“They are using it to spew hatred everywhere that resonates to the narrative they are advancing against my candidature. This is my only official account. Treat the other accounts as propagandist crude avenues of sowing seeds of discord in their bid of derailing us from our ultimate transformation journey,” he added.

Buzeki is a big critique of the deputy president William Ruto who has declared his interest for three country’s top seat come 2022.

Ruto’s bid had also been rubbished by the dynasties led by COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli and Jubilee party vice-chairman David Murathe who have termed him as corrupt and cannot be trusted with the country’s leadership.

He has also declared his interest in the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat which is currently being held by Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago who is serving his second and last term.
