Standard Photographer Peter Ochieng was briefly detained by police in Kapseret Subcounty Police headquarters as he was taking photos of bhang seized.
The OCS ordered for his arrest.
He has been released and currently undergoing medical check up at Moi Teaching and Referral hospital in Eldoret after he sustained injuries.
