IEBC Deputy president William Samoei Ruto has been declared Kenya’s 5th president elect.
This is after he beat the opposition leader Raila Odinga to the top job after winning 50.49% of the vote.
“In that day you will say: “Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.” — Isaiah 12:4,” president elect William Ruto wrote on his Facebook page.
