Thomas Kipyatich Kiptoo (Thomas Kiprotich) was arraigned in the Eldoret Law Court before the principal magistrate Richard Okoth Odei following the eight-count cases leveled against him.
During the plea taking the suspect denied all the accusations leveled against him which includes: Personation contrary to section 382, Obtaining by false pretense contrary to section 313, of the penal code Cap 63 Law Courts of Kenya among other accusations.
Thomas was released on a cash bail of Ksh.100,00 or a pond of 200,000.
His case will be heard again on the 5 th of Dec,2022.
