Kes 6 million up for grabs at Governor Natembeya’s Cup Finals

At least Kes 6 million worth of prizes would be dished out to top performers in the Trans Nzoia County Governor’s Cup Finals slated for tomorrow (December 24, 2024) at Ndura Sports Complex.

The County Chief Officer for Gender, Youths, Sports, Culture and Tourism Jane Wachwenge disclosed that winners in both the male and female categories will each receive Kes 1 million and assorted sportswear.

Speaking this morning when she flagged off a team conducting publicity through roadshows to create awareness over the culmination of the one-month long tournament, Ms Wachwenge emphasized the need for nurturing sports.

The finals will kick-off at 9:00AM Tuesday.
