Yesterday, Geoffrey shared an extraordinary story that highlights his dedication not just to the environment but to humanity. He narrated how he had the privilege of transforming the life of Mike, a young boy who had been surviving the unforgiving streets of Nairobi’s CBD. Mike’s life on the streets was perilous—relying on sniffing airplane fuel to numb the hunger and despair that plagued him daily.

Mike’s story is as heartbreaking as it is inspiring. Having fled a turbulent home where his mother battled alcoholism, Mike became a street child after her untimely passing on Christmas Day, 2024. At just a tender age, Mike found himself completely alone, with no family or support system to turn to—until Geoffrey Mosiria intervened.

Geoffrey did not just see a child in need; he saw potential, hope, and a future worth fighting for. Mike had one earnest plea: he wanted to go to school. Yesterday, Geoffrey made that dream come true, securing Mike’s admission to Great Vision School in Thogotho.

“Education is the greatest gift we can offer to rebuild a life,” Geoffrey shared. “Yesterday marked the beginning of a new journey for Mike, and I pray it transforms his life and grants him the future he deserves.”

The selfless act has not only changed Mike’s life but also serves as a powerful reminder of the impact kindness and empathy can have on the lives of the less fortunate. Geoffrey’s actions are a testament to the power of leadership that goes beyond office responsibilities—a leader who sees humanity in every corner of society.
