Former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga has embarked on a mission to promote peace, unity, and cohesion across Kenya. Speaking at a prayer meeting held at the Kamukunji Grounds in Nyeri Town, Maina called on leaders to join his peace initiative to foster socio-economic development.

Addressing a mammoth crowd, Maina urged the youth, particularly those with troubled pasts, to reform and embrace positive change. "Let us all become instruments and ambassadors of peace, starting within our homes. This is the foundation of national unity," he said, drawing loud cheers from the audience.

Maina also announced that the peace caravan would extend its reach to other parts of the country in a bid to strengthen harmony and reconciliation among Kenyans. He emphasized the importance of leaders taking an active role in championing peace to ensure a stable and prosperous future for the nation.

The prayer meeting marks the beginning of a broader campaign aimed at uniting communities and inspiring individuals to commit to peace-building efforts.
