Rebecca Miano, EGH, the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, has reiterated her ministry’s dedication to achieving its strategic objectives. Speaking after an intensive morning engagement with the State Department of Wildlife team, Miano expressed confidence in their ability to execute the recently launched strategic plan.
Accompanied by Principal Secretary Silvia Museiya, Miano emphasized the importance of synergy and discipline in implementing the government’s ambitious agenda for wildlife conservation and management.
“Having launched the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife’s strategic plan recently, it is now incumbent upon us to pull synergies and exercise the discipline needed for execution,” she stated.
The Cabinet Secretary lauded the zeal and commitment demonstrated by her team, describing their energy as reassuring. She affirmed her unwavering support for their collective efforts in realizing the government’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
“Our focus on wildlife conservation and management will prosper,” she said, urging her team to remain steadfast in serving the people of Kenya.
