The scrutiny of the Auditor General’s report is a key aspect of the committee’s mandate to enhance transparency and accountability in the management of public funds. PAC, which is chaired by Butere MP Hon. Tindi Mwale, plays a crucial role in overseeing government financial operations to safeguard taxpayer money from mismanagement and inefficiencies.
