Kenya Enhances Airport Operations to Boost Security, Efficiency, and Tourism

The Kenyan government has unveiled a comprehensive set of reforms aimed at transforming airport operations, strengthening security, and streamlining passenger experience at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). These reforms, championed by key government agencies, mark a significant step in positioning Kenya as a world-class aviation hub.

At the forefront of these transformative efforts is Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, Hon. Rebecca Miano, whose visionary leadership has been instrumental in driving policies that enhance Kenya’s appeal as a global tourism destination.
