In a move aimed at reinforcing the government's commitment to press freedom, President William Samoei Ruto hosted Royal Media Services Chairman SK Macharia and Vice-Chair Gathoni Macharia at State House today. The meeting underscored the administration's ongoing dedication to ensuring the media operates freely, responsibly, and without interference.
During the meeting, President Ruto emphasized his administration’s unwavering support for the independence of the press, recognizing the vital role it plays in the democratic process and national development.
