President William Ruto has expressed deep sorrow following the death of Malava Member of Parliament, Hon. Malulu Injendi, describing him as a "towering leader" who dedicated his life to serving the people of Malava Constituency.
In a statement issued on Monday, President Ruto paid tribute to the late MP, praising his commitment to public service and his unwavering belief in equal opportunities for all. “Mheshimiwa Malulu Injendi was a dedicated and selfless leader who diligently served his people with passion, focus, and a deep sense of responsibility,” said the president.
The head of state noted that Injendi's legacy will be particularly remembered for his tireless advocacy for education, a cause he was deeply passionate about. “He will best be remembered for his relentless efforts to improve education in his constituency, which has positively impacted countless lives,” President Ruto added.
