Tophill Hospital organized an enriching and dynamic management training session for its Heads of Departments (HODs) today at the scenic Noble Hotel. The session, aimed at fostering effective leadership and enhancing team cohesion, was led by renowned Leadership Consultant, CHRP Demian Matelong, from Marade Management Consultants.
Focused on key topics such as Effective Leadership, Personal Branding, and Customer Care, the training sought to empower the hospital’s leadership team with vital skills for better service delivery and personal growth.
Dr. Myra Koech, Director of Clinical Services, officially opened the session, sharing her vision for strengthening leadership within the organization and creating a culture of excellence. "Empowering our leaders is critical in shaping the future of Tophill Hospital. This training is a step forward in equipping our team to deliver exceptional care," Dr. Koech remarked.

“We believe that effective leadership and strong personal branding, paired with exceptional customer care, are foundational in delivering top-tier healthcare,” said Dr. Koech.
