WASO Hope, a prominent grassroots organization based in Isiolo, Kenya, has been honored with its 9th prestigious award in recognition of its outstanding contribution to community development and social change. This milestone achievement marks a significant moment in the organization’s journey of transformation, growth, and gratitude.

“From the humble beginnings with just Ksh 142,000 and a small contract, we have come a long way. This award symbolizes not only our growth but also the incredible support we’ve received from our donors and partners,” said Mama Roma, the founder of WASO Hope.
The journey began with the first grant that sowed the seeds of the organization’s mission to serve marginalized communities. Today, WASO Hope has built a strong network of five donors and continues to provide hope and create lasting change in the lives of the people it serves.
