Mwea MP Mary Maingi says This morning, alongside a team from KEMRI and the Ministry of Public Works, led by Dr. rer. nat. Sospeter Ngoci Njeru, Acting Deputy Director and Centre Head of KEMRI Kirinyaga, we conducted a site assessment for the establishment of a healthcare center within the institute. This will bring essential medical services closer to the people of Mwea while advancing critical research.
As part of the planned Level V healthcare facility, this center will integrate medical services with cutting-edge research.
I’m happy to see this vision taking shape, as it will ensure the Mwea people benefit from both quality healthcare and scientific advancements.
