Chief Officer Tarus Calls for Discipline and Efficiency in Inspectorate Department

 



The Chief Officer for Administration, Ambrose Tarus, has urged Inspectorate officers to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and efficiency in their roles. Addressing officers during a departmental meeting, Tarus stressed the critical importance of time management, personal presentation, and strict adherence to the chain of command.

In his address, Tarus emphasized that punctuality and maintaining a neat appearance are fundamental to fostering a professional work environment. He highlighted that efficiency in executing duties would contribute to the overall success of the department.

“Respect for the chain of command ensures that instructions are followed and goals are met with precision,” Tarus remarked, stressing the need for clear communication and proper order within the department. He also pointed out that promotions within the inspectorate would be awarded based on merit, ensuring that those who demonstrate competence and dedication are recognized.

Tarus further encouraged officers to take pride in their work, noting that job satisfaction directly correlates with enhanced performance and greater commitment to duty.

The meeting, which was attended by Director of the Inspectorate, Cosmas Kerich, and Deputy Director, Aurious Menjo, reiterated the call for professionalism and accountability. Both Kerich and Menjo voiced their commitment to fostering a culture of discipline and efficiency within the department.
