For as long as I can remember, my weight had been a problem. No matter what I did, the extra kilos refused to go away. I tried everything from strict diet plans, spending hours at the gym, and even medical treatments but my body seemed stuck in a cycle of gaining weight.
At first, I thought I just needed to push harder, but the more effort I put in, the more disappointed I became. The frustration was unbearable. People around me made cruel comments, and some even suggested that I was secretly overeating.
My self-esteem took a massive hit, and I began avoiding mirrors, social gatherings, and anything that reminded me of my struggle. It wasn’t just about how I looked but my health was also suffering.
