The outgoing Principal Secretary for the State Department of Shipping and Maritime Affairs, Geoffrey Kaituko, has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency President Dr. William Samoei Ruto, Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defense Forces, for entrusting him with a new ambassadorial role. In his remarkable civil service career, Kaituko has proven to be a dedicated and transformational leader, leaving an indelible mark in every docket he has served.
Having previously held the position of Principal Secretary in the State Department for Labor and Skills Development, Mr. Kaituko now steps into his new diplomatic assignment with his head held high, a legacy of impactful leadership, and an unwavering commitment to national service.
