Julius Bitok has officially assumed office as the new Cabinet Secretary for the State Department for Basic Education, expressing deep gratitude to President William Samoei Ruto for the opportunity to lead the department. Bitok, in his first statement after the smooth handover from his predecessor, Dr. Belio Kipsang, described the appointment as a profound privilege and a renewed call to serve the nation with unwavering dedication.
