Harrison Kariuki Bundi, the Member of the County Assembly (MCA) representing Persons with Disabilities in Kirinyaga County, was in attendance today for the enthronement and ordination of Bishop Saverio Njagi at the NICA Kirinyaga Diocese, Kiaga Parish in Kirinyaga Central Constituency.
The ceremony, which took place in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere, marked a significant milestone for the local church community. Bishop Saverio Njagi was officially ordained to lead the Diocese, and the occasion was attended by numerous dignitaries and community members.
“I wish Bishop Saverio Njagi well as he embarks on his new journey in serving the church and the community,” said MCA Harrison Kariuki Bundi. “His leadership will surely guide the faithful towards greater spiritual growth and unity.”
MCA Bundi was accompanied by Hon. John Gitonga, the Member of Parliament for Manyatta Constituency, and the wife of the Member of Parliament for Rukenjeni Constituency, who were also present to offer their congratulations and support to the newly ordained bishop.
