In a significant step towards enhancing service delivery, Moiben Member of Parliament, Prof. Phyllis Bartoo, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Mini Huduma Centre at Ainabtich Grounds.
The state-of-the-art facility will house key government services, including the Civil Registration Service and the National Registration Bureau, providing residents with easier access to essential documents such as birth certificates and national identification cards. Additionally, the centre will host the office of the Moiben Deputy County Commissioner, further streamlining administrative services within the constituency.
Speaking during the ceremony, Prof. Bartoo emphasized the importance of decentralizing government services to bring them closer to the people. “This Mini Huduma Centre will greatly benefit the people of Moiben by reducing the time and costs incurred in accessing crucial government services.
