Soy MP David Kiplagat Optimistic About Progress as Constituency Ranks 14th Nationally and 5th in Rift Valley



Soy Member of Parliament, David Kiplagat, has expressed his gratitude to the people of Soy for their unwavering support and confidence in his leadership. Reflecting on the constituency’s impressive rankings, Kiplagat proudly shared that Soy has ranked 14th out of 290 constituencies nationwide and 5th in the Rift Valley region, signaling that the community is on the right trajectory toward achieving its goals by 2027.

Speaking to the residents during a community event, Kiplagat emphasized the importance of unity and hard work in achieving the goals set for the constituency.
