Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Dr. Ouma Oluga, this afternoon held a familiarisation meeting with heads of administrative units within the State Department for Medical Services.
The PS was briefed on key administrative functions that underpin service delivery in alignment with the Ministry of Health’s role under the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
Dr. Oluga underscored the importance of shared responsibility, discipline, and commitment in building a cohesive and high-performing team.
He called for a united and efficient approach to service delivery, stating: “Let’s support each other and form a functional, results-driven unit. Work has started — we must move with speed and purpose.”
He further assured the team that all available resources will be harnessed to deliver on the Ministry’s obligations and meet the expectations of Kenyans.
