Busia County Woman Representative Catherine Omanyo has extended warm Easter greetings to the people of Busia and all Kenyans, calling on citizens to embrace the spirit of hope, peace, and togetherness during the holy season.
In her Easter message shared on Sunday, Omanyo reflected on the significance of the season as a time for renewal, faith, and unity.
“As we celebrate this season of hope and renewal, I extend my Easter wishes to the people of Busia County and to all Kenyans across our great nation,” she said. “May this sacred time bring joy, peace, and togetherness to our hearts and homes.”
She urged Kenyans to use the occasion to support one another and strengthen bonds within families and communities.
Omanyo, known for her advocacy on education and social welfare, added that Easter is also a time to reflect on compassion and service to others, especially the vulnerable.
