The former Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Sikhendu Ward, Hon. Eric Musumba, has died following a tragic road accident that occurred on Monday. His sudden passing has sent shockwaves across Trans-Nzoia County, where he was widely respected for his service and leadership.
Confirming the news, Trans-Nzoia Governor George Natembeya expressed deep sorrow over the untimely death of the former ward representative, describing Musumba as a dedicated and visionary leader.
“It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that I confirm the untimely demise of Hon. Eric Musumba. His passing is not only a personal loss to those who knew him but also a significant loss to the people of Trans-Nzoia,” said Governor Natembeya in a statement released on Tuesday.
