The ongoing project to light up the streets along the Komarock canal is making a big difference in Komarock ward.
The project, which covers the stretch from phase 4 to the end, intends to enhance the area's general appearance and security. Now that poles have been installed, the much-needed cabling and light fitting process will begin, giving the area of the ward the much-needed lighting.
The streetlight installation project is part of Governor Sakaja's administration promise to make sure that Nairobi City is well lit across the 85 wards.
Additionally, this will stimulate economic activity. The businesses within the area can extend their hours and draw in more clients with proper street lighting in Komarock ward.
