Moiben Member of Parliament Prof. Phyllis Bartoo has joined leaders around the world in mourning the passing of Pope Francis, hailing him as a global icon of compassion, unity, and moral leadership.
In a moving statement issued Monday, Prof. Bartoo praised the late pontiff’s enduring impact on the world, noting that his leadership resonated deeply not only with Catholics but with people of all faiths.
