Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika Returns to Kenya After Welcoming Twin Boys in the U.S.

Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika made a joyful return to Kenya on Friday after spending several weeks in the United States, where she gave birth to twin boys.

Touching down at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Governor Kihika was warmly received by a jubilant crowd of family members, close friends, and political allies. The governor, clad in a flowing blue outfit and beaming with happiness, appeared alongside her husband, businessman Sam Mburu, as they introduced their newborn sons, Jayden and Jonathan, to the awaiting well-wishers.

The homecoming marked a moment of celebration not just for the family, but also for supporters and constituents who have followed the governor’s journey. A convoy of vehicles, music, and cheers welcomed the family back, symbolizing the high regard in which the governor is held.

“It’s a double blessing,” said a relative at the airport. “We are so happy to see her back home and healthy, with her beautiful boys.”

Governor Kihika is expected to resume her official duties in Nakuru in the coming days, as she balances her leadership responsibilities with the joys of motherhood.
