As part of our ongoing commitment to workplace well being and customer care, SasaPay welcomed Counselling Psychologist Naomi Ngugi yesterday for an engaging seminar on mental health, resilience and thriving in the modern workplace.
Naomi Ngugi guided our team through practical strategies for recognizing and managing stress, strengthening emotional resilience and fostering supportive relationships both at work and at home. Drawing on real world case studies and interactive exercises, she demonstrated how simple daily practices such as mindful breathing, regular check ins with colleagues and setting healthy boundaries can dramatically improve overall well being and performance.
Her insights arrived just in time as we look ahead to Mental Health Awareness Month. “Wellness is the foundation for success in every aspect of our lives,” Naomi reminded participants, emphasizing that caring for our mental health is as essential as any business goal. Her message resonated across departments, from customer facing teams to our back office professionals, reinforcing the idea that a healthy workplace starts from within.
At SasaPay, we believe that supporting our people means better service for our customers. By equipping our team with the tools to manage stress and build resilience, we create a more empathetic and responsive organization one that can meet challenges head on and adapt to change with confidence.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Naomi Ngugi for sharing her expertise and for helping us cultivate a culture where mental health matters. As we move into Mental Health Awareness Month, we remain committed to investing in the well being of our team and the satisfaction of our customers. Because when we care for each other, we all grow stronger together.
