Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano has underscored the importance of youth empowerment through modern infrastructure and improved amenities as she attended the official opening of the Tharaka University Tuition Complex in Tharaka Nithi County this afternoon.
The event was graced by President William Ruto and Interior Cabinet Secretary Kindiki Kithure, who were on hand to mark the completion of the new tuition complex.
