She is iconic. She inspires. She motivates and most importantly oozes positivity, optimism whilst clad in the unmistakable charming smile, glamour, all topped up with an unmatched eloquence and intellect.

She is Dr. Ekrah Ndungu, the Chief Executive Officer of the German Institute of Professional Studies, who also wears another remarkable hat of being the Chair, Kenya National Private Colleges Association (KENAPCO).

In this Easter Season Dr.Ekrah Ndungu sends her Easter message as she thanks her maker for an opportunity to graduate with an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management in Dubai. Dr. Ekrah is forever learning, she says in this 21st century everyone needs to keep sharpening their skills and broaden their thinking. She was taking the program with MasterMinds Business School-London UK.

We caught up with Dr. Ekrah and sought to know how she is a Master of Multitasking: She laughed off and said …”There’s a lot of time since I also get time to Crack jokes and throw some vibes on social media” That means I have time to take a Theology degree and a counseling psychology degree”. Dr. Ekrah said these are the 2 courses she wants to take.

“As a leader one needs to be multifaceted and skilled so that you can lead with understanding rather than leading with autocracy, mediocrity or complacency. Dr. Ekrah beamed, “Leaders today are complaining about GEN-Z forgetting that the Alpha generation is in the university now. In 2 years, they’re in our workplaces as a leader the future is tougher, and preparation is key. We must be very conscious about that fact,”

Dr. Ekrah, a staunch believer who is never ashamed of acknowledging God in her heights of achievements publicly reminded us of the importance of this Easter

“The miraculous and phenomenal lesson of Easter is this: “Through Jesus’ death on the Cross, and eventual resurrection and ascension into Heaven, we have been granted a second chance. We have permission to leave our old lives behind and focus on the new day with its potential for joy and choices that honor God.

Easter is the Christian holiday celebrating the Resurrection, or bringing back to life, of Jesus Christ three days after his crucifixion. In Christian tradition, the Resurrection represents Christ’s victory over death and the promise of eternal life for those who follow him on the new day, with all its potential for joy and choices that honor God.

The trial of Jesus, the death of Jesus, and finally the resurrection of Jesus. Stay blessed and have a beautiful Easter. “He is not here; He has risen!” (Luke 24:6-7)
Have a wonderful Easter! May you feel the love of God on this blessed day. Rejoice in the Lord and in this beautiful holiday.
Our crew asked Dr. Ekrah if she would be attending the rally…she said rallying is on her bucket list. She loves speed and she’s always thrilled. Someday she will be a rally driver she said.

“For those having fun in Naivasha Safari Rally enjoy and take care of yourselves…never forget fun is the first three letters of the word funeral”

From our desk we pray to God to perpetually shower Dr. Ekrah with His immense, immeasurable blessings, good health of body mind and soul and above all, enclothe her with the virtues of humility and kindness which she has always observed.
