Collaboration For Growth: MSEA and IRA to Train SMES in Kisumu County
The MSEA Kisumu office had the honor of hosting three senior officers from the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) during an official visit.
The purpose of the visit was to inform the office about the upcoming SME training scheduled to be held at Tom Mboya Labour College in Kisumu on June 13-14, 2024.
The discussions focused on the ongoing SME training programs across the country, the logistics involved, and the roles and responsibilities of both institutions.
MSEA was tasked with identifying and mobilizing 60 SMEs, including women and people with disabilities (PwDs), from various sectors such as manufacturing, agribusiness, services, and trade to attend the training.
