Kenyan renown politician Sheikh Abdullahi Nassir is Dead
Kenyan renown politician Sheikh Abdullahi Nassir has passed on.
Through his official Facebook page deputy president William Samoei Ruto described the deceased as astute political thinker.
“Sheikh Abdullahi Nassir, who served in Kenya’s Legco (1961-1963), was an academic giant, an astute political thinker and a faithful force for development who made a huge contribution to the aspirations of the Coastal Region. We celebrate the exceptional life that he led and the rich legacy that he leaves behind,” he said.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, their loved ones, the people of Coast during this sad time. Rest In Peace,”he added.
