Kesses MP Dr Swarup Mishra has been voted as the best outstanding MP in kenya.
Dr Mishra bagged County award as the best MP in Rift-valley in a function that was held in Mombasa.
The first time MP who has been a darling to many residents in kesses following his hardwork has been described as the best dedicated MP.
Several youths and women groups have benefited largely through empowerment that was initiated by Dr Swarup Mishra .
Dr Mishra who is a doctor by profession has been assisting many through his Mediheal hospital.
Some patients who have been travelling overseas for specialised treatments like kidney transplants and open surgeries have been encountering huge costs when seeking medication but kenyans can breathe a sigh of relieve as they can access the same medication at an affordable rate in Mediheal hospital without travelling abroad.
