Kesses MP Dr. Swarup Mishra Receives Heroic Welcome During his Campaign Trail
Kesses member of parliament Dr. Swarup Mishra on Friday received a heroic reception on his campaign trail in his reelection bid.
His roadshow traversed Kesses Constituency and wherever he passed residents supported his election bid.
He made stopovers at Hill tea, Rongai, Matharu, Koriomat, Burnt forest, Lorien/Koiluget, Bayete, Kerita, Cheptiret, Mugundoi, Ngeria, Cheplaskei, Annex, Chinese, Hill school Estate.
Speaking during the roadshow the Kesses legislator said that once re-elected he will make Kesses constituency the best in the whole country.
“I want to thank you for overwhelmingly voting for me in the 2017 general elections and I am humbly urging you to vote for me in the forthcoming general elections and I promise to continue making Kesses constituency better,” said the Kesses legislator while speaking to the press.
Thousands of very enthusiastic constituents of Kesses thronged Hon Mishra’s roadshows venues braving the scorching sun to listen to the Super Legislator Hon. Dr. Mishra Kiprop Arap Chelule.
The declarations were bold and epic, Tano Tena Slogans took the center stage.
Dr Mishra who is among the best performing member of parliament where he has empowered women, people with disability, and youths financially, will be vying using an independent party ticket.
He will be defending his sit on an independent party ticket.
“In the forthcoming August polls, I will be defending my seat using an independent party ticket. Once elected there will be zero percent illiteracy levels in Kesees, 100 percent health services, and 100 percent infrastructure among others not forgetting my empowerment programmes which will go on.It is only your votes that will count,” he added.
He will be facing UDA party nominee Julius Ruto who was Uasin Gishu County CEC finance.
Mishra was the first MP to donate cows to his constituents once he was elected in 2017.
The Kesses legislator despite working for his electorates the only mistake that he had committed is not supporting the deputy president.
He is a front runner and he is preferred by residents because of his development agenda while others are playing politics.
Kesses MP Dr. Swarup Mishra was recently voted as the best outstanding MP in MP in Rift-valley due to his development record.
Several youths and women groups have benefited largely through empowerment that was initiated by Dr. Swarup Mishra .
Dr. Mishra who is a doctor by profession has been assisting many through his Mediheal hospital.
