MEDIHEAL NAKURU AIRLIFTS KENYA FOREST DEPARTMENT PATIENT FOR FURTHER SPECIALIST INTERVENTION
In the early morning hours of 16th June 2022, A 32 years male patient was involved in a road accident, he was rushed to our hospital in critical condition as poly trauma patient.
After initial resuscitation patient became stable. Followed by serial investigations which revealed head injury, right sided acetabulum fracture & the most serious injury was in both legs which had shattered tibia & fibula with vascular injury.
Patient required immediate attention by CTVS surgeon, with prompt response from Nakuru emergency team and coordination by Mediheal Nakuru Vice President Mr Santosh Devaraj With Kenya forest department commander Mr Alex Lemarkoko we airlifted patient from a private Airbase in Nakuru to Mediheal Hospital Parklands for CTVS surgeon management.
