Where and When renowned former Kass Media journalist Will be Laid to Rest
The family of the renowned former Kass Media journalist Julius Tarus has revealed the date and where he will be buried.
Speaking to the press the deceased brother Isaac Bowen said the plans for his burial are underway.
“Our deceased brother Julius Tarus will be buried at his rural home in Kabenes on 16th August 2022. Harambee will be conducted on Sunday 14th August while his body will be removed from Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital for a night vigil before burial on Tuesday,” he said.
He said the lifeless body of the deceased was found in his Rock two House on Thursday morning and the cause of his death has not yet been established.
Bowen said his burial ceremony is expected to be attended by both local and national leaders who were his friends not forgetting the media fraternity.
Kesses member of parliament Dr Swarup Mishra mourned the deceased as as hardworking, God fearing and a person who loved peace.
“On behalf of myself and the people of Kesses, I want to send my message of condolences to the family and friends of the late former Kass Media Journalist Julius Tarus , May God give you strength during this hard time of mourning. Mutyo missing. Tarus was among my staunch supporters,” said the Kesses legislator.
Tarus has left behind a widow and two children.
His body is currently lying at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) awaiting burial.
