VIDEO: Babu Owino Refutes Claims of Killing Embakasi East IEBC Returning Officer
Embakasi East Member of parliament Babu Owino has refuted claims that he killed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Returning Officer (RO) for Embakasi East Daniel Musyoka.
He says he was not involved in the heinous act.
Musyoka’s lifeless body was found by herdsmen in Kajiado County five days after he went missing. Family members identified the body as that of the missing IEBC official.
The body, which had injuries and marks of strangulation, was taken to the Loitoktok Sub-county Hospital Mortuary.
