“We know that people have different tastes and preferences and we, as Naivas, have taken care of that. Everything in this new and all our outlets countrywide is fresh and unique. We have different brands of each and every commodity hence we are able to meet the preferences of each and every one. Our value proposition is to save our customers money. Wanaina further revealed that Naivas supermarket has and will continue to expand over time stating that currently there are other two outlets that are underway.
“There have been immense improvements in our services over time and this I must say, keeps us going all thanks to the feedback we get from our esteemed customers. We appreciate the positive feedback we get and to the negative ones we have found means to improve on them. We look forward to two more new outlets; the Meru and Ojijo outlets. With time we will continue to set up more outlets across the country,” Wainaina said.

“We are very delighted to be making a grand return to the city of champions, a town that we as a homegrown brand take great pride in being a part of. Eldoret has seen the success of three of our
outlets; Referral, Sokoni, and the year-old, Zion Mall. A factor that influenced this new development. Over and above that, this opening was motivated by the need to continually offer shoppers an experience that compliments their lives by being a one-stop premium shop. Our greatest pride and joy is that with every support accorded to us as a brand, we get to grow our contribution to the Kenyan economy by supporting industries, and farmers and creating jobs both directly and indirectly,” said Willy Kimani, Naivas Chief Commercial Officer.
