Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa was on Monday officially handed over the Governor’s office by his predecessor, the outgoing Governor Dr. FCPA Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya, at a brief ceremony held at the County Headquarters marked by prayers from interdenominational leaders.
