PHOTOS :Governor Rotich Votes at Barmukwen
Elgeyo Marakwet governor Wesly Rotich on Thurday cast his vote at Barmukwen mobile Keiyo North during the EMC senatorial by election.
The seat fell vacant after president William Ruto appointed senator Kipchumba Murkomen as CS Roads and Transport.
“I urge all those who have not voted to do so before closure of polling stations,” he said.
