We Will Continue With Demonstrations Every Monday- Raila Odinga
Opposition leader Raila Odinga now says he will be holding demonstrations every Monday until president William Ruto addresses their demands.
The demands include:Open the IEBC Servers, Lower the cost of living and Halt the process of appointing the new commissioners
However, Odinga and his brigades were teargassed by police, terming the demonstration as illegal.
We gave our demonstration notice but President Ruto reversed the order and now the police are tear-gassing us,” said the opposition leader while addressing his supporters.
“We will not relent we will continue with demonstration, are you ready, next Monday we will come back for demonstrations until the cost of Unga comes down and we get our stolen victory,” Odinga added.
He was accompanied by NARC Kenya party leader Martha Karua, Kalonzo Musyoka, Wajackhoya, Junnet Mohammed, DAPK party leader Eugene Wamalwa.
