Governor Bii Hosts President Ruto as He Commissions Rivatex-Kapkatembu-Kipkaren Road
Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii on Saturday hosted president William Ruto and Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi and a host of other leaders during the commissioning of the Rivatex-Kapkatembu-Kipkaren road at Kapsugunwo Centre, Ng’enyilel Ward in Turbo Sub-County.
Govenor Bii applauded the government’s efforts to invest in infrastructure and technology, while also expanding access to the grassroots.
“We are delighted that the head of state has agreed to fully equip Turbo Level 4 Hospital, with modern machines upon its completion,” said governor Bii.
He futher said that his administration is gratified by the recent gazetting of one of our lands as an Export Processing Zone (EPZ), the donation of 30 milk coolers, and the development of road networks.
“These initiatives are vital for increasing production, accelerating the transit of goods and services, attracting new investments, boosting employment and local businesses, and accelerating the growth of our economy.” Governor Bii added.
