Nyakera welcomed at KEMSA with open arms It’s a New Beginning For KEMSA
KEMSA Ag. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Andrew Mutava Mulwa had his first interaction with KEMSA Staff during a breakfast meeting held at KEMSA National Supply Chain Centre.
He urged that all staff be put on target-based performance to ensure accountability and productivity in service delivery.
“It’s time for KEMSA to reboot and stride forward by making the Authority transparent in all its’ business processes,” said the CEO.
Speaking at the meeting, the CEO pointed out that there are numerous challenges facing the organization which need to be tackled head on to find permanent and lasting solutions.
While attending the event, the Board Chair Mr. Irungu Nyakera commended the newly appointed Ag. CEO Dr Andrew Mulwa for organising the meeting that saw the staff bond with the board and management.
“I wish to extend my gratitude to the Acting Chief Executive Dr. Andrew Mutava Mulwa for considering to organise this breakfast meeting, so that we can get to know each other in person,” expressed the board chair.
Mr. Nyakera said that the newly reconstituted board is committed to transforming KEMSA and pledged unequivocal support to the Ag. CEO, management and the entire KEMSA staff by providing good leadership and governance.
