Governor Bii Signs MOU with The Ministry Of Water and Sanitation
Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii signed an MOU with the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, represented by Principal Secretary Dr. Paul Rono.
He noted that the significant agreement solidifies our partnership in addressing crucial water-related issues within our County.
The MOU emphasizes the reduction of non-revenue water and the establishment of a dedicated water police unit to combat illegal water connections and losses in our region.
Leaders present included Ainabkoi MP Hon. Samuel Chepkonga, North Rift Water Works Chairperson Prof. John Lonyangapuo, and Eldowas MD Peter Biwott, among other officials.
