Social Justice activist Janet Mbugua melts many people’s hearts through her kind gestures.

While the football matches, Shairi’s and dance played by students were such highlights, what was more rewarding was seeing the same students as well as their teachers, parents and community champions speak openly and honestly about menstruation. It was the heart of the kind of advocacy we need to see scaled across every community in each county.
