Kapseret: We are Happy With Sudi Despite Lacking Papers
A section of Kapseret residents has come out to defend MP Oscar Sudi for being regarded as an academic dwarf.
This come after Sudi was trolled online due to a lack of academic papers.
David Kimeli Leting alias Kokwas, MCA Kipkenyo ward said the level of education does not matter what matters working for the electorates.
“Yesterday I heard in the news that our MP Oscar Sudi is being trolled as not fit to hold office due to his academic qualifications, this is uncalled for since Sudi has been voted to the seat three consecutive times by the people, can people vote for someone repeatedly if they are bad or not working?” said Kimeli.
Kimeli warned those on social media against spreading lies about the Kapseret legislator, claiming that electorates are satisfied with his developments for the past fifteen years.
“We do not need education here, we are satisfied with his work, even if he has an education or not we will still choose him for another five years or even all of his lifetime,” said Kimeli
Kimeli further pointed out that he has been voted in twice because of his good leadership in his ward despite his academic qualifications.
“I am a person who only went to ECD in 1970, anyone can be chosen without papers, be it an MCA MP governor or even the president, because there is nowhere that asks for educational papers to become a good leader,” added Kimeli.
Moses Kebenei, the MCA of Simat said that he agrees with Kimeli on Oscar Sudi being a good leader as when he was first elected in his first term.
“Despite having no papers Sudi has performed exemplary well and I can say without fear of any contradictions that what matters is education and not papers,” said Kebei.
