This; is by the demolition of mushrooming illegal structures, removal of unapproved signages, removal of businesses operating on road reserves and providing adequate formula to attaining a clean and organized town even as conferment to city status is underway.
At Bandaptai Street, Mr. Sitienei led a team of planners and enforcement officers to ensure that all vehicles that usually park along the street are removed as well as supervised the closure of all garages operating on the road reserve at Bandaptai Street.

As we await city status which we anticipate to attain in August, we are hopeful that we will be among the cleanest cities going forward,” said Mr. Koiyet.
